International Open Tender (IOT/MM)

Restricted to member countries – Construction works for a commercial complex in Arafat – Nouakchott – Mauritania

The National Company for Land Development, Housing Promotion and Real Estate Management (ISKAN), acting as Delegated Contracting Authority, in accordance with the agreement signed on November 8, 2016 with the Government of Mauritania, is inviting sealed bids through an International Open Tender restricted to Member Countries (IOT/MM) for the construction of a commercial complex including office spaces in Arafat, Nouakchott (Mauritania).

Eligible and qualified bidders are invited to submit their sealed offers in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender dossier.
